8 weeks

Baah!  Only 8 weeks till the wedding!  We've been so busy thinking about Christmas and our house renos that the wedding has totally taken the back seat!  I just realized it's only 8 weeks!  I knew it was only 2 months, but for some reason 8 weeks sounds like so much less time then 2 months! 

So I need to get back on the wedding planning train of thought!  So my goal for today is to make a list and prioritize so that I can be efficient with my time and allow people to help me with various things! 

I'm so excited :D

Getting my butt in gear

I've been slacking the last few weeks with wedding stuff.  Trying to get Ev settled into his interim house and new routines, busy trying to see friends and family, and wanting to just hang out!  Then now that we have possession we moved Ev into our house :)  So, here are some things that I want NEED to get done this week! 

• Finalize invitation wording/format
• Figure out response cards/registry info
• Print Invitations, response cards etc
• Plan an invitation assembly party for next week and inform the troops
• Make a rough time-line for the day of our wedding
• E-mail photographer - pictures of my ideas, location ideas and a rough time-line
• Go to the post office and get a mail box :)
• Start change of address forms for Ev
• Christmas gifts - I need to wrap the ones I have, and make a list of ones to buy/make

Oh and I took some pics of our house, hopefully I can take some more later on and post them tomorrow or Friday!

After finding that cute antique clock on goodorient.com I noticed they had a wedding tab.  So I clicked and found these cute ideas!

I really love the hat idea!  I think I probably should have been born in an era where hats like this one were worn on a daily basis!
